Gold Envelope was on the red carpet of the 2025 GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles recently, and we got to talk to some of queer Hollywood’s biggest playmakers a bunch of fun questions — including what the first music they would play if they were participating in a Gay Music Video Night!

“Crème Brulée” singer, American Idol alum, and eternal King of Cuteness David Archuleta told GE he’s been really feeling Lady Gaga’s “Abracadabra” lately, and we have to wholeheartedly agree!

And RuPaul’s Drag Race icon Plane Jane told us she would absolutely play some Nicki Minaj during Gay Music Video Night, specifically her 2010 hit “Your Love!” (Kudos for spilling that to us, Plane!)
